It’s a 1950’s dance party!
Hot licks n’ cool guitar tricks: The sizzling strings of Big Daddy Roy on his custom twin neck guitar, from retro rockers and sophisticated swings to jumping blues and reverb-soaked surf n safari’s.
Roys juke joint style live show will lead you along the path of old-school Americana roots music, combining the steel guitar twang neck with the blues bopping standard guitar neck.
Roy has developed his own guitar sound which features in his original recordings and live shows.
Roy is touring with the hottest band third rock from the sun. With Australia’s number 1 drummer to the stars Hamish Stuart, Auckland’s own off the planet bassist Hal Tupaea, and the cosmic cool cat George Bibicos on keys.
If you love the whole 50’s style then this is the night for you! Of course, get in touch with level 13 for any help with costumes if need be.
